You already have values. The question is whether you're living them on purpose.
Many of the values running your life were handed to you long before you could choose them. The Values Practice helps you see them, keep what's truly yours, and live the rest on purpose.
Start with the weekly letter
One idea, one real voice, one question to sit with. Every Thursday. Short enough to read in two minutes.
Doing everything right, and it still doesn't feel like your life?
That usually isn't a motivation problem. It's a sign you may be living by values you absorbed before you could choose them.
- You say yes when you mean no, and you're not sure why.
- You work harder, keep going, push through, and wonder who decided that was the rule.
- Life shifted, and what used to matter doesn't fit anymore.

The Individual Path was informed by the 2025 Personal Values Survey, which explored how people understand where their values came from and how those values show up in their lives.
“When you only know what you’ve seen growing up, you are highly likely to repeat the same values unless you are exposed to something new that challenges you.”Survey respondent · 2025 Personal Values Survey

Why I built this
My mom worked three jobs when I was growing up and never took the tips from her bartending shifts, because the customers were her friends. I watched that every day and took it with me: work harder, keep going, push through. It took me years to see that was an inherited value, one I had never chosen.
The Individual Path is the course I wish I'd had: a way to see the values already running your life, and choose the ones worth keeping.
